Policies
Due to the nature of the program and advance orders that must be placed for materials and site availability, no refunds are given for cancellations, only registration substitutions or transfers are permitted. A maximum of two transfers will be honored for up to six (6) months from your originally scheduled class date; after that time you will forfeit your class tuition. There is no penalty for substitutes made prior to the start first class. There is a penalty fee of $25 for transfers if they are not made at least seven (7) days prior to a scheduled class.
Class sizes are limited. A+ Life & Health Training reserves the right to restrict class size, change class locations, or to cancel classes with less than minimum enrollment. Students will receive a full refund or penalty-free transfer if it becomes necessary for A+ Life and Health Training to cancel or re-schedule a class that the student is unable to attend.
CLASSROOM POLICY:
No voice recorders are permitted in class.
SATISFACTON GUARANTEE:
We are confident that you will agree that the A+ Life and Health Training curriculum is thorough and professionally presented. The hundreds of graduates that have received this instruction and passed their exam are evidence of the effectiveness of our approach and our commitment to excellence. The passing percentage for former students consistently exceeds 90%.
If a student attends both classroom sessions and completes the self-study program, they will have all the information necessary to successfully pass their exam. While we cannot guarantee that every student will follow our system to properly prepare themselves to pass the exam the first time, we offer generous on-going support and direction:
Telephone support for student questions and clarifications as they prepare for their exam.
Should a student fail his or her scheduled examination, we offer the following follow-up assistance:
- Up to a 30-minute phone consultation to discuss a customized game plan for follow-up study;
- Tuition waived for re-taking all or part of another scheduled class for up to six months from date of original attendance.
- Access to additional practice materials at significantly discounted rates.
